QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline and preferably Engineering disciplines (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering).

 Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry with a good track record.
  • Fresh graduates from Petroleum Engineering discipline with outstanding CGPA are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office suites, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. Additional skills in various engineering software is an advantage.

  • Resourceful possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English – oral and business writing.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate PlanningCorporate Planning10 Aug 2018

Responsibilities

  • Involve in the restructuring exercise assignment as and when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of profit & cash flow projections for identified projects / investment.
  • Assist and involve in preparation of Board papers on the identified investments / acquisitions for approval.
  • Participate in financing exercises and initiating, review negotiation and implementation of financing proposals.
  • Responsible in compiling and review of the Business Plan & Budget submitted by individual Business Units.
  • Manage in the preparation of Group Business Plan.
  • Preparation of Group profit & cash flow projections.
  • Involve in handling IR related matters, including drafting replies to queries, updating of IR slides, preparation of any IR presentation, matters relating to the IR homepage etc.
  • Coordinate in the compilation and analysis of any industry / market information and latest news / reports.


Requirements

  • At least a Degree in Accounting / Member of Accountancy Professional Body.
  • At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in Audit Firm / Investment Bank / Corporate Planning / Corporate Finance.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry would be preferred.

Senior Mechanic / Rig Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanic)Drilling30 Sep 2018

Responsibilities

  • Executing all the aspects of the Rig Planned Maintenance System relating to mechanical equipment and machinery including drilling equipment.
  • Repairs and maintains all mechanical equipment and machinery, to include drilling machinery, hoisting equipment, prime movers, anchor windlass, etc.
  • Familiar with OEM equipment e.g. NOV, Cameron, Caterpillar, Baker Marine Jack-up Pacific 400 / 375 type jack-up.
  • Visually and audibly inspects equipment and diagnoses malfunctions accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot, replaces or repairs defective equipment or components.
  • Performs preventive maintenance and records and reports any unsafe or deteriorating equipment conditions to Maintenance Supervisor and Barge Engineer.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out as safely and efficiently as possible by complying with PERISAI DRILLING training and safety policies and procedures.
  • Fully participate in all HSE initiatives and safety program.
  • Show a proactive Safety Leadership and lead by example to other crews.
  • Communicate pertinent matters pertaining to the operation and equipment under their control to their relief at shift and crew changes.
  • Undertakes emergency duties as per emergency Station Bill.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out as safely and efficiently as possible by complying with Company Management System, training and safety policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with the Emergency Response Plan for specific HSE Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Co-ordinate activity with other members of the Company in a mutually helpful way.
  • Strictly adhere to the principle of trust, integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Rig Mechanic or equivalent practical experience on mechanical equipment in the offshore environment.
  • Appropriate trade qualifications.
  • Must have completion of post-secondary education or high school qualification.
  • Preferred trained technician for major equipment e.g. NOV and Caterpillar engine.

 

Relevant Experience

  • Possess engine driver certificate.
  • Must be proficient with computer software e.g. MS office, CMMS system.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ of drilling industry experience of oil and gas well drilling.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ of drilling industry experience in the SEA region.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the position.
  • Must have experience working on AC/VFD/TDS.
  • Able to troubleshoot engine with a laptop.

Manager, Procurement & LogisticsDrilling30 Sep 2018

Responsibilities

Fully responsible to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers as well as the best ways to minimize our procurement expenses so that the company can invest in its growth and people. 
            

1. Controls, policies and procedures

  • Set up and maintain a control framework to ensure that all procurement activities are effectively managed
  • Review and develop the Procurement Strategy covering each of the key business areas
  • Develop the Procurement Procedures to ensure that relevant staff know when they are required to engage with the procurement team
  • Ensure that the correct procedures are followed in respect of all major procurement activities
  • Continually develop and support staff development, knowledge and expertise in procurement activities

 2. Contract, Services and Supplier Reviews

  • Set up a process of review for all Contracts, Supplies and Suppliers ensuring that maximum value for money benefits are achieved through supplier rationalisation, developing an Approved Supplier list
  • Encourage effective contract management across the business with regular reviews, development of Service Level Agreements and key performance measures
  • Build and develop good relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best value for money and customer satisfaction with services provided
  • Ensure that all areas of concern are identified and addressed as early as possible, with remedial action taken
  • Monitor trends in supplier and contract base and propose/implement plans to respond to such trends
  • Ensure that the central Contract Register is maintained, together with master contracts

 3. Procurement function

  • Ensure that the necessary training is provided to the members of the procurement team to enable them to support the business wherever possible
  • Identify and develop procurement training for non-procurement staff
  • Engage with the business to identify the key procurement priorities and ensure that resources are assigned accordingly
  • Manage the engagement of procurement consultancy where specialist services are required or existing resources cannot meet requirements
  • Minimise the use of external procurement consultancy and deliver a value for money service to the business
  • Set procurement savings targets each year in conjunction with the Accounts Manager and monitor delivery against targets
  • Prepare a quarterly report to the Executive Team, Board and Audit & Risk Committee providing a review of procurement activities and achievements.

 Management and leadership

  • Manage and motivate staff in the Procurement Team to provide an excellent service to our customers
  • Encourage staff to develop their skills and expertise
  • Work effectively with other staff across the organisation
  • To ensure that the principle of confidentiality and the requirements of the Data Protection Act are fully applied
Qualification and Requirement

Educational Qualifications

Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years as Manager, Procurement & Logistic preferably in upstream O&G industry
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 8 years working in O&G industry
  • Good in Management Skills, Negotiation Skills, Contract Management
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data

Barge EngineerDrilling30 Sep 2018

Responsibilities
  • To organize, direct, control and monitor marine/stability operations.
  • To organize pre-loading and control of jacking operations.
  • To supervise inspection and certification of all lifting equipment onboard the Rig.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of firefighting techniques and emergency planning in relation to Rig Operations.
  • Must be completely familiar with the operation manual of the rig and exhibit a basic overall knowledge of the rig and its various operations and systems.

Requirements
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience with at least six (6) years of experience assigned to Mobile Offshore Drilling Units; two (2) years in a supervisory or technical capacity.
  • Must have OIM License or unlimited Masters License acceptable to flag state.
  • Must have experience and training instability and jacking operations.
  • Possess Barge Supervisor Licence and certified Stability.
