Responsibilities
  • Strategize, develop and maintain company’s QHSE Management System certifications to ensure compliance with relevant ISO Standards (ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001). 
  • Builds and maintains an effective QHSE function and QHSE aspects of the business.
  • Establishes, implements and reviews effective QHSE management systems, reflecting Service Line and Company risks in order to promote QHSE excellence ensure compliance and add value, in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Analyses, aligns and influences sub-contractors QHSE performance
  • Teaches other QHSE principles, codes, work processes, job execution, tools etc.
  • To ensure cost effectiveness and timely completion of all assignments.
  • To co-ordinate activity with other members of the Company in a mutually helpful way.
  • Report quality related problems and HSE hazards or deficits within their area to their immediate Supervisor/ Manager.
  • Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitor compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any recognized Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in QHSE management preferably within the oil & gas, maritime and/or aviation industry. Experience in contractor’s drilling is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience on putting together a Safety Case, involvement on drilling rig and developing HSE policy.
  • Good working knowledge of legislation and experience in compliance within the Upstream environment.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical thinking and team management skills.
  • Motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Open for Malaysian nationality only.

  • Minimum SPM, secondary education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years\' driving experience, valid class D driving license and possess a good driving record.
  • Must be fimiliar with routes in Klang Valley.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must be physically fit and with good observation skills.
  • Must be willing to work extra/irregular hours and weekend/public holiday, if required.

Lead Cargo OperatorProduction / Offshore28 Feb 2017


Responsibilities
  • Lead the Marine Department during shift operations.
  • To provide leadership to Cargo Operators.
  • Assist Cargo and ballast operations and Stability Condition, Draft and Trim.
  • People development and competence assurance within this function.
  • Active role within the Emergency Response Organization.
  • Environmental monitoring, compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinate cargo documentation.

Requirements
  • Master Mariner Intermediate STCW 95 Endorsement.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Oil Tanker operations / FPSO operations.
  • General Tankerman Familiarization STCW 95.
  • Specialized Training For Oil Tankers STCW 95.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to FPSO production operations.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
  • Experience with personnel training and competence assurance.
  • Demonstrated command and crisis management capability.
  • Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.

Senior HR ExecutiveDrilling / HR28 Feb 2017


Responsibilities

The position will mainly responsible for the training and development activities, as well as assisting the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operational matters but not limited to the following:-

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop and managing competency of all onshore and offshore personnel.
  • Develop training plan and training matrices for all offshore and onshore personnel.
  • Ensure employees receive mandatory required technical and non-technical trainings, and being carried out within the timeline.
  • Develop and implement effective induction programmes and materials.
  • Liaise with the Offshore Installation Manager & Rig Manager on the assessment of the Training Drilling Engineer training programmes.
  • Maintain training records and manage training budget.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or other related field from a recognized university/college.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with specialization in Training and Development, preferably from oil & gas industry.
  • Experience in developing and managing the graduate trainee programme would be an added advantages.
  • Familiar with general HR Operational function.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all level of employees.
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision. 

Technical AdministratorProduction / Offshore28 Feb 2017


Responsibilities

This position will mainly responsible to provide scheduling and planning skills and expertise to the offshore team to ensure work is planned in a manner to safely optimize costs; and ensure maximize production can be maintained. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the accountabilities are but not limited to:-
  • Provide all required offshore planning and scheduling of maintenance / production activities
  • Interface with and provide planning expertise in support of offshore scheduling of planned overhauls and modifications
  • Maintaining computerized planning and scheduling management system
  • Keep records of activities from scheduling / planning function and ensure proper and timely regulatory reporting where applicable

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related trade certificate
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in an offshore maintenance environment, preferably with 3 years Maintenance planning and scheduling experience
  • Familiar with computerized planning software packages & applications and computerized maintenance management systems
  • Good understanding of oil and gas development activities
  • Ability to understand and react with diverse offshore / onshore groups and operations
