Assistant Manager, QHSES Drilling / QHSES31 May 2018

  • Support the QHSES Manager and discipline engineers on QHSES matters on a project basis.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate and project QHSES requirements and locally applicable rules and regulations.
  • Liaise with client QHSES professionals on the implementation of project specific QHSES requirements.
  • Lead HAZID and risk assessments for both commercial and internal projects, and follow up on actions raised.
  • Review project environmental impact assessments and advise on their implementation.
  • Keep track of industry and regulatory developments, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the QHSES management systems.
  • Conduct internal and external audits as required by Company management system and project requirements.
  • Promote QHSES awareness internally.
  • Travel to onshore and offshore workplaces to conduct inspection, audit and incident investigations as required.
  • Liaise with external parties on matters concerning the QHSES management systems.

  • Degree in Safety Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience on QHSES matters, preferably in the offshore/marine industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of maintaining and operating management systems to the guiding standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM and OHSAS 18001).
  • Familiarity with HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA and other risk assessment techniques.
  • Experience of conducting incident investigations.
  • Understanding of international HSE regulations applicable in the offshore/marine industry.
  • Experience working with safety behavioral programs and/or cultural change processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Fit for offshore work.
  • Willingness to travel.

Assistant Manager, Business Development & ProposalBusiness Development - Corporate31 May 2018

  • Developing and pursing new opportunities for the purpose of promoting and marketing the business of PERISAI to the various Oil and Gas majors in Malaysia and international markets.
  • Provide support and assist Management leadership in Business Development activities for Company.
  • Work closely with Chief Operating Officer for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. This will include sales and marketing plans, providing timely and reliable management information that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Provide proposal to management on potential partnership for business ventures that could enhance the company’s position in the market place.
  • Responsible also for ensuring delivery of top line revenue and profit, developing loyalty from existing customers, attracting new customers and building significant brand equity.
  • Manage the customers’ relationship with the existing PERISAI’s customers in order to keep track on the customers’ requirements.
  • Propose alternative solution based on the original customer’s requirement to PERISAI to ensure the company’s value proposition still intact.
  • Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people at various client organizations and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for the business.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence for new projects and opportunities. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in upstream oil & gas industry with related to Business Development & Proposal functions.
  • Strong and vast networking with major oil & gas clients.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and team management skills.
  • Well-organised individual with the ability to plan ahead.
  • Effective communicator at all levels and with external parties.
  • Strong command in English and in business writing.
  • Possess good discipline and hard working.
  • Motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Willing to travel on business trip at short notice.

Executive, General / Support Services COO Office31 May 2018


  • Responsible for a diverse range of administrative and general office support services for Drilling operations.
  • Maintaining data and report
  • Updating crew database for future use
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing all HR related documents for future reference
  • Assisting on payroll filling and administrative
  • Assisting on staff medical claims i.e. submission, claim tracking, invoices, etc.
  • Filing and up tracking
  • Able to handle ad-hoc tasks beyond the normal working hours
  • Managing work within the tight schedule and need to work extra hours, as and when required


Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline and preferably Engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering).
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills in MS Office.

 Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in oil and gas industry with a good track record.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in oral and writing.

  • Good interpersonal communication skills
