Key Accountabilities

  • Supports Logistics transaction planning and processing efforts to ensure all logistics activities within the group are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring customer expectations are being met in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Manage and coordinate all procurement activities and logistical planning to support the Projects.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and identify, initiate and formulate strategic improvements to supply chain processes.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of procurement and logistical requirements.
  • Identify and analyse emerging procurement trends and market conditions, and develop supply chain solutions focusing on cost reductions, improved qualities and meeting delivery targets.
  • Coordinates and work with other departments to resolve all issues relevant to suppliers, goods or services supplied.
  • Prepares quotation documents, pre-tender documents, tender reports and all other materials related to the purchasing process.
  • Carry out any other duties in accordance with the Company’s management policy, procedures and work instructions as directed by the immediate supervisor/senior management.
Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma and/or Degree in related discipline.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in sourcing, buying and planning.
  • Good knowledge of drilling products available in the market would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager, Asset Integrity ManagementDrilling / Onshore19 Jan 2019

The primary role of the Integrity Engineer is to collaborate with Asset Integrity Manager with regards to own standards, practices and common processes in the QHSE Management Team related to the safe and compliant maintenance and integrity of the PERISAI Drilling. Contributing to the business objectives of PERISAI Drilling by meeting all local objectives agreed to by the operations manager.

This includes, but not limited and not in order of priority:

  • Own standards, practices and common processes in the QHSE Management Team related to the safe and compliant maintenance and integrity of PERISAI Drilling.
  • Develop, maintain and deploy standards and practices for PERISAI Drilling Safety Critical Equipment, PERISAI Drilling Maintenance and major rig recertification work
  • Provide SME support to support the development, maintenance and deployment of standards and practices for PERISAI Drilling maintenance and integrity.
  • Provide verification and support the deployment of standards and practices in the Regions related to Safety Critical Equipment, maintenance and PERISAI Drilling integrity.
  • Provide technical support to Management team in the areas of integrity and equipment to aid with design development (including Operation & Maintenance philosophy), major equipment selection and startup.
  • Provide equipment selection and upgrade support.
  • Monitor PERISAI Drilling integrity, maintenance and performance KPIs to provide analysis on performance and recommend improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain a database of PERISAI Drilling equipment performance from the equipment performance database establish expected performance criteria.
  • Establish equipment performance improvement plans with Regions, major equipment suppliers and rig operators.
  • Provide expert judgment on technology development, application and deployment for PERISAI Drilling equipment.
  • Monitor and assess contractor performance.
  • Identify and recommend participation in external industry efforts related to PERISAI Drilling. 
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry standards related to PERISAI Drilling management.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent.

 Relevant Experience

  • Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to Drilling operations.
  • Installation specific knowledge required to support the emergency response and safety management ?competencies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of oil and gas development/production activities.
  • Technically qualified to demonstrate knowledge of offshore oil and gas requirements, codes and standards, regulatory, operation and maintenance requirements.

  • Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
  • Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
  • Very good knowledge of all Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies
  • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts

  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

  • Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost

Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business Admin or equivalent
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience with minimum eight (8) years in oil & gas industry
  • Experience in Management Skills, Negotiation Skills, Contract Management
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data
