  • Strategize, develop and maintain company’s QHSE Management System certifications to ensure compliance with relevant ISO Standards (ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001). 
  • Builds and maintains an effective QHSE function and QHSE aspects of the business.
  • Establishes, implements and reviews effective QHSE management systems, reflecting Service Line and Company risks in order to promote QHSE excellence ensure compliance and add value, in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Teaches other QHSE principles, codes, work processes, job execution, tools etc.
  • To co-ordinate activity with other members of the Company in a mutually helpful way.
  • Report quality related problems and HSE hazards or deficits within their area to their immediate Supervisor/ Manager.

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any recognized Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in QHSE management preferably within the oil & gas, maritime and/or aviation industry. Experience in contractor’s drilling is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience on putting together a Safety Case, involvement on drilling rig and developing HSE policy.
  • Good working knowledge of legislation and experience in compliance within the Upstream environment.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical thinking and team management skills.
  • Open for Malaysian nationality only.

  • Minimum SPM, secondary education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years\' driving experience, valid class D driving license and possess a good driving record.
  • Must be fimiliar with routes in Klang Valley.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must be physically fit and with good observation skills.
  • Must be willing to work extra/irregular hours and weekend/public holiday, if required.

DrillerDrilling / Offshore30 Jun 2017

  • Supervises, coordinates, trains, evaluates the performance of the drill crew.
  • Performs the set up and serves as the primary operator of drilling equipment within the guidelines of company policy and scheduled work program as determined by the customer.
  • Participates and contributes to the objectives described in the Rig’s Annual Plan.
  • Assist in the implementation and development of the Well Control Plan.
  • Assures that proper care, safe use and maintenance of drilling equipment used by drill crew.

  • Minimum ten (10) years\' experience.
  • Must have supervisory training and four to six years combined experience as a Driller, Assistant Driller, Floor hand and Derrick man.
  • Must have a current certificate of proficiency by an accredited well control school.
  • Valid IWCF Supervisor Level 4.
  • Open for Malaysian candidates only.

Accounts ExecutiveDrilling / Finance30 Jun 2017

  • To perform full range of basic accounting duties such making required accounting transactions and entries; maintain accounting ledgers and reports
  • To verify, check and key-in invoices from the local vendors and suppliers and prepare them (with full set of supporting documents) for approval; creditors statement reconciliation
  • To prepare and submit to the local bank of payments orders; follow up and reconciliation of bank accounts; maintaining bank account ledger
  • To control petty cash, disbursement, cash reconciliation and proper reporting to Finance Manager; maintaining cashier ledgers

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy from established institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years of working experience
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts, handling month end closing, AP payments, AR billing, managing cash flow, etc.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay
  • Able to meet monthly deadlines such as end closing & ad-hoc assignments
  • Able to work extra hours, during weekends or public holidays, if required

Rig ManagerDrilling / PP10130 Jun 2017


This includes, but not limited and not in order of priority:

  • Ensures rig operations are carried out to meet the safety, quality, environmental and commercial objectives.
  • Periodic visits to the drilling units to ensure all aspects of the drilling units’ operations are being performed in accordance with Company policy.
  • Ensure that the Rig is fit for purpose and maintained according to the Company’s safety quality and maintenance standards.
  • Ensure that Rig budget is prepared in consultation with Rig management and COO and ensure expenditure is in line within agreed limits and objectives.
  • Ensure the drilling units operate in accordance with contractual obligations as well as meeting the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Give technical guidance to on board management. If necessary ensure appropriate source of technical expertise is made available.
  • Ensure client’s program is accomplished in accordance with the drilling contract and at a high quality level.

  • IWCF (Well Control) Certification and OIM license required.
  • Must have a minimum 15 years overall in the Offshore Drilling industry.
  • Industry knowledge and experience.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and Organisational skills.

Manager, Business DevelopmentCorporate30 Jun 2017

  • Developing and pursing new opportunities for the purpose of promoting and marketing the business of PERISAI to the various Oil and Gas majors in Malaysia and international markets.
  • Work closely with Chief Operating Officer for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. This will include sales and marketing plans, providing timely and reliable management information that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Provide proposal to management on potential partnership for business ventures that could enhance the company’s position in the market place.
  • Responsible also for ensuring delivery of top line revenue and profit, developing loyalty from existing customers, attracting new customers and building significant brand equity.
  • Manage the customers’ relationship with the existing PERISAI’s customers in order to keep track on the customers’ requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in upstream oil & gas industry of which at least 5 years of managerial experience related to Business Development functions.
  • Strong and vast networking with major oil & gas clients
  • Good interpersonal, communication and team management skills.
  • Effective communicator at all levels and with external parties.
  • Motivated and able to work on own initiative.
